The boy who knew too much: a child prodigy

This is the true story of scientific child prodigy, and former baby genius, Ainan Celeste Cawley, written by his father. It is the true story, too, of his gifted brothers and of all the Cawley family. I write also of child prodigy and genius in general: what it is, and how it is so often neglected in the modern world. As a society, we so often fail those we should most hope to see succeed: our gifted children and the gifted adults they become. Site Copyright: Valentine Cawley, 2006 +

Mysteriously disappearing posts on blogger.

I am sorry to note that all posts since May 21st 2013 have disappeared from my blog, without trace. I don't know why this has happened, though perhaps it was due to a failed hard drive at Google (the owner of Blogger). Whatever the case, those posts are gone.

I wonder if you can help: if you have a copy of any of those posts on your computer, could you email it to me, or post it below this post? Thanks.

I will resume posting today. Hopefully, those posts will not also be lost.

Thank you.

Hi Valentine,

I guess the issue is different. I've not seen any new post since May 21st (wondering in the meantime why, btw)... so I'm thinking some change in the submitting mechanism... some cache configurations... might have caused this.

Adrian.

Ah. Thank you Adrian. Perhaps there was some failure, then in the submission process...I never checked to see if they appeared on my blog as expected (I assumed that was going to be as per normal).

Anyway, the posts I wrote never appeared, then? Ouch. Sorry for the apparent silence.

Hopefully, there won't be such problems in future. Now that I am aware of this possibility I will look out for it. Thank you Adrian for suggesting this interpretation of events. You have been helpful.

Cheers.

Valentine
